Acuity Brands showcased its top-notch lighting products from major brands: Lithonia, Holophane and American Electric (AEL) at the 12th World Building and Construction Expo (WORLDBEX) held last March 14-18, 2007 at the World Trade Center, Manila.
The Acuity Brands Lighting Group headed by Product Manager Bong Paiste (center), Sales Executive Malou Montuano (right), and Sales Supervisor Resty Morales (left) were in full force in attending to visitors inquiries during the 5-day exhibit.
Prominently displayed at the booth was Lithonia’s RT5 Volumetric Recessed Lighting, a fixture with breakthrough design and technology capable of filling an entire volume of space with just the right amount of light while getting rid of distracting shadows and glare.
The RT5 is also an extremely energy efficient fixture with guaranteed energy savings of up to 33%. It delivers the ideal luminance to walls, cubicles, work surfaces, and people. This makes RT5 perfect for the offices, schools, hospitals, and other workspaces.
Other Lithonia brand products on display include the ELM Emergency Lighting, PGR-Parking Garage Light, MS5HB fluorescent, and the TXFA30 Low Bay.
Debuting at the expo was the AEL’s Series 115, a roadway luminaire ideal for city and municipality roadways. It is highly durable as its rugged die-cast aluminum housing is powder-coated for protection against corrosion and its heat resistant gasket make it impenetrable for insects and other external contaminants. The prismatic glass reflector provides well-dispersed and uniform lighting distribution.
